Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments by MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
You can also make safe debit card payments through PAYPAL.
Money orders are also accepted (allow delivery time).

How do returns work?

We will reimburse you the amount of the purchase, taxes and shipping fees once you have contacted us.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return shipping fees are at your expense. If our company has made an error, however, we will pay the return shipping fees after verification.
You can also choose to exchange the merchandise rather than obtain a reimbursement.

Important! You must contact us by phone before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse a reimbursement if you have failed to contact us first.

How do I know my payment has been processed?

Once you make your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. If you do not receive this message, please check your spam folder.

Flat irons and heating tools

All our flat irons come with a manufacturer’s guarantee of a minimum of 1 year. In the event of physical breaks (e.g. broken plate), we cannot honour the warrantee ourselves, but will gladly take care of returning the merchandise to the manufacturer.

PROFASHION irons come with a 5-year warrantee offered directly by the manufacturer. (You need to sign up for it directly on the PROFASHION website).

Hair extensions, hair products and tools

We accept returns of items that are intact and in their original packaging. We do not accept any opened or damaged merchandise.
For returns, please contact our Quebec City location at 418-832-2232 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Canada and the United States. If you live elsewhere, please contact us at 418-832-2232 to find out about conditions that apply.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. (If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder). You can then visit the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number. No tracking numbers will be sent to residents outside Canada.

Which shipping company do you use?

Our parcels are shipped using Canada Post. When necessary, we also make other shipping arrangements. For more information, please contact our Quebec City location at 418-832-2232.

Are there customs duties involved?

If your delivery address is in Canada, you will not need to pay any customs duties. If you reside outside Canada, we highly recommend you check with the customs office to find out about duties. You may need to pay extra fees.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The exact date of delivery is calculated only after the dispatch confirmation of your parcel, not after you have made the payment.
In the Quebec City area, it generally takes 1 to 3 business days.

For the rest of Canada, you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 7 business days.
